The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description: Quản lý tài sản: Nhận yêu cầu, xác định nhu cầu vật tư, thiết bị, tài sản của trung tâm phân loại hàng hóa và lên kế hoạch đặt hàng phù hợp. Tiếp nhận vật tư, thiết bị, tài sản từ nhà cung cấp, kiểm tra số lượng, chất lượng vật tư. Phân phối vật tư, thiết bị, tài sản cho các bộ phận sử dụng theo yêu cầu, đảm bảo vật tư được cung ứng kịp thời, đầy đủ. Theo dõi tồn kho, sắp xếp và bảo quản vật tư, thiết bị, tài sản đúng quy định. Lập kế hoạch và triển khai thực hiện hoạt động kiểm kê. Theo dõi, phân tích, đánh giá và đề xuất phương án sử dụng, kiểm soát vật tư, thiết bị, tài sản nhằm tối ưu chi phí2. Quản lí Nhân sự
Giám sát nhân viên thực hiện các quy trình quản lý và cấp phát vật tư, thiết bị, tài sản theo đúng quy định. Hướng dẫn và giám sát nhân viên thực hiện đúng quy trình, quy định, chính sách của công ty Đánh giá năng lực nhân viên, phối hợp với quản lý và bộ phận nhân sự để lên kế hoạch phát triển đội ngũ lao động.3. Nhiệm vụ khác
Thực hiện các báo cáo theo định kỳ Xử lý và báo cáo các vấn đề khác khi có phát sinh tại kho Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý Requirements: Có 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Thủ kho và quản lý nhóm từ 4 nhân viên Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường có nhịp độ nhanh nhưng vẫn chú ý đến từng chi tiết, tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận. Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel và hệ thống kiểm kê. Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian và công việc.
