Trưởng nhóm Kỹ thuật và Bảo trì, SPX Express (Vĩnh Long)Department: OperationsLevel: Experienced (Team Lead)Location: Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

The Operation teams at Shopee handle the whole process, from when a customer looks for a product on the Shopee platform, to when the customer receives the products. The team assesses and tracks operational KPIs across the region and does root cause analysis when operational performance varies. The Operations team includes Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.


Job Description:
  • Establish work procedures related to technical maintenance department
  • Ensure subordinates understand their tasks, allocate resources reasonably
  • Conduct technical process training related to automated sorting systems
  • Provide technical training for new employees
  • Ensure all machine parts, tools, and consumables are properly arranged
  • Update Spare Parts/Tools procurement plan (if any)
  • Maintenance & repair work
  • Develop maintenance plans including preventive maintenance and repairs, prevent incidents
  • Handle complaints about incidents or maintenance and organize activities to ensure uninterrupted operation
  • Direct maintenance technicians in repairing daily incidents
  • Responsible for installation, commissioning of machinery, equipment. Supervise installation and sign acceptance (if outsourced)
  • Innovation and safety
  • Research the operation of machinery, auxiliary equipment to come up with the most effective operating and use plan
  • Propose new technical solutions to improve machine lifespan, minimize downtime
  • Analyze technical-related error causes, direct solutions and preventive measures
  • Ensure safety, industrial hygiene, firefighting, 5S in the workplace
  • Maintenance records management
  • Create a list of all types of production machinery and equipment
  • Create a list of maintenance tools, warranties
  • Develop resumes for important machinery types
  • Update records when an incident occurs
  • Perform other tasks as directed by Management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, ...
  • 3-5 years of relevant maintenance and repair experience in automated production systems, especially related to conveyors, pulleys, rollers, ...
  • Good analytical skills and ability to generate comprehensive service reports
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical part repairs, e.g., Conveyors, Rollers, Barriers, etc.
  • Profound knowledge of basic electrical, proficient in AutoCAD software (2D, 3D)
  • Proficient in PLC and HMI
  • Ability to read and understand English used in maintenance, machine repair
  • Multitasking abilities, able to prioritize goals and work with relevant parties efficiently
