SERVICE ENGINEER

ABOUT THE JOB

We, at Electrolux Professional, are looking for Service Engineer who can directly contribute to the revenue generation as part of Technical team through sales of spare parts and services. Day to day activities performed by Service Engineer will have impact within the organization as well as dealers, service agents and end customers.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
 

Attend service and preventive maintenance jobs to serve direct customers Manage and control all assigned service tasks Provide technical support for Food Service on site in Malaysia and in Region 12 for dealers, service agents and customers on an ad-hoc basis Implement the technical evaluation program to define accreditation standards of technical skills level dealers and service agents  Conduct audits and evaluation of technical support team of dealers and service agents to ensure that they meet EFS service capability requirements Conduct technical training for dealers technical team service agents and customers as per training plan and on ad-hoc basis Prepare technical intervention report  Monthly report to feedback on product performances and challenges from customers, dealers, service agents and EFS sales team

ABOUT YOU
- Technical qualification with preferably a few years of experience (3-5) in service/technical field 
- Good negotiation skills
- Solution oriented
- Open to travel
