SERVICE ENGINEER

We, at Electrolux Professional, are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to play a vital role in boosting revenue as part of the Technical team by selling spare parts and services. The day-to-day tasks of the Service Engineer will make a significant impact within the organization, dealers, service agents, and end customers.

ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend service and preventive maintenance tasks for direct customers
  • Manage and oversee all allocated service assignments
  • Offer technical assistance for Food Service on-site in Malaysia and Region 12 for dealers, service agents, and customers on an as-needed basis
  • Execute the technical evaluation program to establish accreditation standards for the technical skills level of dealers and service agents
  • Conduct audits and assessments of the technical support teams of dealers and service agents to ensure compliance with EFS service standards
  • Provide technical training for dealer technical teams, service agents, and customers according to the training schedule and on an as-needed basis
  • Create technical intervention reports
  • Provide monthly feedback reports on product performance and challenges faced by customers, dealers, service agents, and EFS sales team

ABOUT YOU
 - Technical qualification with a few years of experience (3-5) in the service/technical field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solution-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel
