The Treasury Client Solutions (TCS) department is responsible for structuringand executing transactions that provide IFC’s clients with innovative treasurysolutions, including local currency financing, derivative and risk mitigationproducts, debt capital markets and structured finance solutions. The TreasuryClient Solutions department takes pride in contributing to innovativetransactions across emerging markets across providing solutions to IFC’sclients.
TCS is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated finance professional with afocus on structured finance products (securitizations, guarantees, coveredbonds, risk sharing facilities, etc). The candidate will have experience withfinancial models and analyzing data for the purpose of structuring transactionswith clients. Knowledge and experience with derivatives (swaps and FX) andasset-liability management will be greatly valued. The position will cover the Asia Pacific region, and is based in Singapore.

Duties and Accountabilities: 
• Contribute to day-to-day business delivery across TCS products,programs and markets by developing, structuring and facilitating the executionof local currency, funding and risk management transactions for IFC’s clients;
• Perform historical performance analysis on credit portfolios (.vintage analysis, assess marginal and cumulative default rates over time);
• Assist in the structuring of local currency and funding solutions forclients through derivative and other treasury instruments;
• Prepare documents business development and investment decisioncommittees;
• Contribute to business development, and explain treasury products toclients, regulators, and banks;
• Contribute to the team’s strong relationships with key stakeholders,including investment banks, local banks, capital markets firms, developmentfinance institutions, and regulators;
• Apply financial models to structure, evaluate, and price transactions;and
• Provide training and knowledge management services to colleagues andexternal clients.

Selection Criteria

• MBA/Masters (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering,Mathematics, Law or related area;
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance, with the focus onstructured finance, and/or derivatives;
• Sound understanding of fixed income instruments combined with stronganalytical skills, problem solving capability and financial modeling skills;
• Demonstrated ability to structure and analyze various fixed incomeinstruments for corporate clients (including local currency loans, derivatives,bond and/or structured finance). Solid understanding of asset-and-liabilitymanagement is a plus;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, attention todetail and resourcefulness;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluencyin another language is a plus; and
