The Role
This position will be responsible for supporting the Accounting team in all Accounts Receivable matters.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and issuing of (monthly) scheduled billings and ad hoc billings to tenants Keying of Accounts Receivable receipts from tenants (mainly receipts received via bank transfers and manual electronic modes) Ensure receipts are promptly and accurately updated in the system Prepare regular reports on accounts receivables, such as AR Aging reports, collections reports, Involve in ad-hoc accounting/admin assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 'O' levels. At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretary work. Proficient in MS Office. Good communication skills. Experience with SAP system would be advantageous. Ability to work independently. Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting and work in a cooperative manner across all supporting functions to perform in the role.
