Manager, Finance

You play a key role in Finance, responsibilities include managing the finance team productivity, and reporting to stakeholders, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests.

Key responsibilities:

Assigned to a portfolio of SPVs, main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Perform accounting and administration for the holding company of the Group; Preparation of notices for capital activities and maintenance of relevant capital schedules at Group-level; Assist in the monitoring of capital forecasts at Group-level to ensure capital activities are kept within approved annual budget; Ensure sufficient cash positions to meet operating needs within the Group as necessary Support Investment Management team in NAV reporting quarterly; Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports as well as other general management reporting as necessary; Manage the month-end financial reporting for assigned SPVs and prepare reporting packages for management review as supported by the Accounts Payable/Receivables function team; Key coordinator of external audit process, managing timeline and audit issues to ensure timely completion for investor reporting; Review of annual tax returns for statutory filing requirements; Continual assessment of processes and internal controls, to propose solutions where necessary. Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Job Requirements:

You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent in any field with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. You have good leadership and strong communication skills.

3 JOB DESCRIPTION Overall A key role in Finance, responsibilities include managing the finance team productivity, and reporting to stakeholders, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests. Main Duties & Responsibilities Assigned to a portfolio of SPVs, main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Perform accounting and administration of River Treasure Investments Limited (RTIL), the holding company of the Group;

• Preparation of notices for capital activities and maintenance of relevant capital schedules at Group- level;

• Assist in the monitoring of capital forecasts at Group-level to ensure capital activities are kept within approved annual budget;

• Ensure sufficient cash positions at RTIL to meet operating needs within the Group as necessary • Support Investment Management team in NAV reporting quarterly; • Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports as well as other general management reporting

as necessary; • Manage the month-end financial reporting for assigned SPVs and prepare reporting packages for

management review as supported by the Accounts Payable/Receivables function team;

• Key coordinator of external audit process, managing timeline and audit issues to ensure timely completion for investor reporting;

• Review of annual tax returns for statutory filing requirements; • Continual assessment of processes and internal controls, to propose solutions where necessary. • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Job Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent in any field; • At least 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity; • Familiar with IFRS/SFRS and able to review/draft annual reports in accordance with disclosure

standards; • Team leader, with positive influence; • Good verbal and written business communication; • Strong communication skills (to express accurate information internally, and appropriate information

to external parties); • Fastidious and proactive, ability to follow up with time-sensitive matters; • Organised and able to multi-task with an eye for detail; • Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software is a plus; and • Excellent in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
