About the team

Ecommerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for a User Education Writer to join our team to help improve and execute on our policy education projects and operations.---Responsibilities- Responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, easily digestible and user-centric education content for sellers and creators in our global marketplaces.- Create, publish, and maintain TikTok Shop educational information, including articles and visualised content (. slides, infographics, videos) on internal and external channels with stakeholders.- Design strategies to meet users where they are in their journey/lifecycle, bringing them the information they need, when they need it. - Establish partnerships with global cross-functional teams, including PR, legal, strategy teams, product teams, and business leaders to build, standardise, and optimise overall policy operations.- Utilise strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyse trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve overall processes to increase end user satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications- BA/BS degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.- 5+ years of work experience as a content strategist, instructional design, technical writer or similar.- Exceptional writing and editing skills.- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use data to drive decision making.- Passionate, self-driven, and curious to learn and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Proven track record for process optimisation and effective change management.- Strong strategic thinking ability and able to propose complex solutions and clear explanations in writing.- Outstanding organisational, communication, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. ---Preferred Qualifications- Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, working in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and multitasking.- Proven ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.- International experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.---
