A Technical Services Manager is a professional who will manage all the technical personnel in the project team and assigning technical tasks to them and oversees the delivery of technical services to customers. You are responsible for ensuring that the technical services meet the quality standards, budget, and deadlines of the clients or the organization.

Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the project milestones are met, and coming out with the detailed schedule with the tasks, dates and duration Work closely with Pre-sales team to review their design, scope and effort estimation for new opportunities Lead a team of Technical resources in the project to complete the required scope on-time. Lead the design and architecture of cloud solutions based on business requirements and best practices. Oversee the deployment of cloud services and applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Lead cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and optimization efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications. Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Implement performance tuning strategies to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of cloud-based systems. Drive initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and streamline cloud operations. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cloud PS teams. Mentor team members on cloud technologies, best practices, and emerging trends. Evaluate cloud service providers and technologies to determine the best fit for organizational needs.Qualities We Value
15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 8 years focused specifically on cloud technologies. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are preferred and may be required depending on the role. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions in public, private, or hybrid environments is essential. Candidates should be proficient in one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including compute, storage, networking, and security concepts. Experience with cloud-native services and technologies is highly desirable. Proficiency in cloud automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Candidates should have experience leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving technical initiatives. Experience in leading a team of technical resources and provide mentorship and guidance to them (if neccessary) Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Ability to define infrastructure resources declaratively and manage them programmatically. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Experience in containerizing applications, managing container clusters, and optimizing containerized workloads. Understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, subnets, routing, load balancing, and security groups. Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies. Familiarity with DevOps principles, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
