What You'll Do:

Support Group Risk & Business Continuity Management branch focusing on Enterprise Risk Management and ensuring risks are managed according to the Group’s risk appetite framework. Facilitate risk assessment workshops with business units to ensure key risks are identified, reported and managed. Implement Control Self-Assessment to provide assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of controls. Provide Board and Management Risk Committee meetings support , minutes of meeting, matters arising, presentation slides etc. Regular monitoring and reporting of risk dashboards, , status of mitigations, key risk indicators, statistics etc., at Board/Management meetings. Support business units to perform risks assessment for contract deviations. Project risk management for key IT/OT projects. Promote risk management awareness , conduct risk management training for staff etc.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant enterprise risk management experience Good command of spoken and written English Familiarity with ISO31000 Risk Management framework Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Good problem-solving and analytical skills Fast learner and highly adaptable
