A Steward works hands on and performs specified cleaning duties in designated areas of the kitchen and outlet to maintain their cleanliness and hygiene, achieving efficient service delivery. 

What will I be doing?  

As the Steward, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

Maintain proper personal hygiene habits. Check & ensure that dishwashing machines are operating properly. Able to do de-liming of dishwashing machines to ensure that the machines are able to produce clean equipment. Changing of water of dishwashing machine. To ensure dishes are cleaned and placed back properly on shelves. Bleaching / removing of stains from chinaware & glassware. Chemical knowledge / cleaning supplies. Area of cleanliness & floor mopping. Setting of hot box & dishing out plates. Setting up a decoy area. Washing of pots & pans and sanitizing process. Burnishing of silverware by using ball-bearing machine. Manual silverware polishing. Handling of emergencies To do any other work as requested by the Management.

Previous Stewarding experience. Able to communicate in English language. Able to work weekends & holidays. Flexible with shift timing. Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Able to handle hardship and long hours.
