The incumbent is responsible for promoting and selling our products directly or indirectly to hospitals and medical professionals. He/She will build strong customer relations through excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
accountable for achieving business plan within assigned accounts and delivering profitable growth. provide technical support, including tools maintenance, testing, directly or indirectly to field. assist in implantations/procedures and follow-up. perform root cause analysis and simple troubleshooting. work on tenders in hospitals work closely with Doctors during implantations and device troubleshootingKey requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or related field of medical discipline. minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in medical device industry. strong written and verbal skills in English. high level of energy and passion to drive products to the assigned accounts. good knowledge of working in sterile room environment and know medical device product lines through interaction or procedural consultation. good relationships with doctors to support product lines. proven knowledge of clinical support to surgeons during procedures a plus. effective communication skills. basic knowledge of key trends within the medical device segments and has the ability to identify potential opportunities. require 24/7 on-call service to customers analytical and diagnostical; keen in technical troubleshooting and enjoy problem solving able to keep up in a fast paced environmentWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
