Qualifications and Education Requirements

At least a Bachelor Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience At least 3 years direct engineering experience for creating and delivering solutions for operations through automation / innovation Experience in people leadership and communicating with leadership across various functions & departments Strong interpersonal and team building skills Strong organizational and planning skills Strong decision making and critical thinking Strong ability to manage customer expectations Technical understanding of Advanced Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Technologies Strong executive presence and ability to present and meet with executives
