We are expanding our team at Singtel’s Digital InfraCo as we will be launching GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) in Singapore and Southeast Asia in the third quarter of this year, providing enterprises with access to NVIDIA’s AI computing power to drive greater efficiencies to accelerate growth and innovation.
At launch, Singtel’s GPUaaS will be powered by NVIDIA H Tensor Core GPU-powered clusters that are operated in existing upgraded data centres in Singapore. In addition to NVIDIA H GPUs, we will be among the world's first to deploy NVIDIA’s next-generation GB Grace Blackwell Superchips, which deliver 30X faster real-time large language model inference than its predecessor. We will be one of the first NVIDIA Partner Network Cloud Partners to receive them early next year and this will give enterprise customers options of different types of accelerators for their advanced computing and AI needs.”

DC Operations Management
Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, or escalated for 2nd/3rd level resolution based on criticality, impact and SLA Assist in BCP exercise and be the 1st level incident responder. Hands on operations on critical chilled water systems and electrical controls in a DC environment and provision of potential risk exposure analysis reportDC Facilities Management
Perform Event Monitoring for all Data Centre Facilities infrastructure to ensure Data Centre is in normal function both upstream and downstream (eg. UPS, power, temperature control, humidity, water detection sensor, etc.). Ensure all DC supporting infrastructure (i.e. Environment Monitoring System (EMS), Access Control Systems, Electronic Visitation Management System.etc) are functioning well. Update and maintain all DC related documentation, including reports generation where needed Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues to provide timely support to customers. Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process. Coordinate maintenance and shutdowns (eg. working with vendors for DC electrical and mechanical systems) Preparations of daily site reporting and generate monthly Facilities Management report on DC health status Well versed in chilled water system dynamics and operations Identify potential risk exposure on DC related chilled water systemsIncident / Change / Customer Management and other requirements
Manage Incidents and Closure, including Root Cause Analysis on incidents Raise the necessary requests from such as Change Request or notifications requests to the customers as part of service maintenance Liaise with internal and external customers and ensure that customers’ contractual service level agreements are met Perform other duties such as access clearance, and participate in projects as requiredSkills for Success
Diploma Holders in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering. Alternatively, you have Technical education (e.g. ITE) with relevant 3-4 year working experience managing 24x7 DC Operations mainly in a chilled water supplied equipment’s environment 3 years experience in chilled water system General technical and functional knowledge of data centre infrastructure to include electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection systems, building management systems, equipment maintenance, space planning, construction of critical facilities environment Good communication and people management skills. Possess Basic Certificate in CDCP, DCPRO if any Able to multi-task and work under pressure Well organized and able to reschedule priorities as circumstances change Good communication skills (both verbal & written) Analytical with good problem solving skills Positive attitude and ProactiveRewards that Go Beyond
