Brief Overview:

Be part of SGX Groups Marketing & Communications team We are expanding our international presence and seek a highly motivated intern to join us in promoting SGX Group in the dynamic global financial markets. The successful candidate will support 2 teams - Brand and Planning, Media and Internal Communications and gain a holistic view of corporate reputation and brand management through a myriad of marketing and communication activities.

Learning Objectives:

Get a pulse on the daily news and reputation monitoring through various media channels Gain hands-on experience to organise marketing events, activities and produce marketing and communication materials (e.g., Videos, Press Release, Speech, Market Open Ceremonies) Manage corporate brand identity, assets and support in ongoing campaigns Multitasking and prioritisation skills Prepare select communications to/for Executive Management Committee (EMCO) members and gain exposure to senior management executives in course of work. Better understand the global financial services ecosystem Gain hands-on experience at Asias most international exchange group that offers multiple avenues of growth to a global network of clients, members and partners

Job Description:

SGX Group is seeking a highly motivated intern to join the Marketing & Communications (M&C) Unit. The successful candidate will support both the Brand and Planning, Media and Internal Communications teams to tell the SGX Group story to the outside world and foster common understanding of corporate strategy, business priorities, culture and values for our staff.

From developing content, story sharing through communications, managing brand assets, supporting events and contributing to CSR activities, you will not experience a dull day. Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and dive into the real world

Knowledge and Skills requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communications skills Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and metrics Flexible with working after-office hours during events Motivated, operates with sense of urgency and demonstrates attention to detail Fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in Creative software (Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, MOVAVI) is a major advantage

2) Marketing & Digital Engagement

The successful candidate will work across a myriad of marketing and communication activities. The Marketing & Digital Engagement team manages the company's marketing activities and digital channels, providing strategic marketing and digital support for the companys multiple business units and driving long-term brand growth.

Learning Objectives:

How an omnichannel marketing campaign is conceptualised, planned, and executed, and how campaign results are analysed across various markets Social media marketing, online reputation monitoring and content marketing Event management physical, virtual and hybrid SGX Groups suite of financial products and services Stakeholder management across SGX Groups business units Multitasking and prioritisation skills Prepare select communications to/for Executive Management Committee (EMCO) members and gain exposure to senior management executives in course of work.
