Job summary
Summary of the position:
The position requires an individual with sound technical knowledge to oversee and lead the technical team to deliver the IT solutions to Structured Finance business line.
Staff will ensure that the delivered product adheres to all technical specifications and integrates well with existing enterprise ecosystem, working in close interaction with other developers, business analysts and project stake holders.
Main responsibilities:
§ Draft technical design, unit tests, code reviews and detailed system integration documents and any other documents as required during the project lifecycle.
§ Develop IT Solutions as per project requirements.
§ Adopt DevOps practises and ensure compliance from all developers under responsibility.
§ Participate in analysing, resolving and providing L3 technical support for issues escalated to the team.
§ Maintain Technical Documentation
§ Elaborate technical specifications, based on functional requirements and high level architecture especially for Loanscape program
§ Comply with Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Main duties details:
Design IT Solutions
§ Study project requirements
§ Work with architects, development and run teams to design IT solutions
§ Assist development team in drafting technical specifications
§ Assist functional team in drafting functional specifications
Develop IT Solutions
§ Drive the development of the project
§ Guide developer to maintain a high standard code quality and deliveries
§ Identify and mitigate risks
§ Ensure the delivered products have gone through testing and quality assurance
Adopt DevOps Practices
§ Implement DevOps best practices
§ Release management
§ Maintain automated CI/CD pipeline
§ Shorten turnaround time from development to production
§ Integrate new tools and technologies into CACIB enterprise ecosystem
Assist in Maintenance and L3 Support
§ Help troubleshoot issues with L3 technical support
§ Analyse enhancement requests as prioritized by business for live applications
Maintain Technical Documentation
§ Assist Senior Developers to prepare and maintain technical documents (PAD, GAD, Code Checklist and other standard documents)
§ Ensure sufficient technical documentations and they are up-to-date
Co-ordinate and communicate with Stakeholders
§ Coordinate with other technical leads, developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions
§ Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure and IT Ops teams
§ Organize meetings on any technical topics under control as needed
§ Provide consultancy to managers, developers and other team members
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
§ Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to
