Position Overview:

Our Management Associate Programme (MAP) is designed for aspiring graduates who are seeking to become our future leaders and make a lasting impact in the logistics industry. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of our Global Projects and Industry Solutions (GPIS) department through structured job rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Assist in managing complex logistics projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tailored solutions for a wide range of industries.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in the planning, scheduling, and execution of logistics operations, including remote locations, critical schedules, and engineered solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their logistics needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies and processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and international teams to support the successful delivery of global logistics projects.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in various learning and development opportunities, including workshops, training programs, and mentorship, to enhance your skills and knowledge in the logistics field.
