:The mission of the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient, and controlled manner. The FSSC Process Manager will be key in the continued development and transformation of the Global FSSC function. He/she will be responsible for setting up the Accounts Payable policy and process which balances the efficiency and risk. We are looking for candidates who are highly self-driven and those who embrace challenges and changes. The successful candidates will be able to think critically and creatively plan and execute effectively while collaborating across global locations. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office. Responsibilities: - Identify needs to set up or enhance policy/process which meets business needs and accounting compliance, balance efficiency and risk- Own the creation and maintenance of policy documents, including collaboration with internal cross-functional stakeholders to finalize, approve, and publish- Design process, and/or re-engineer process based on thorough data analysis. Including providing data insight to operations and business teams (Better to have BI tooling using experience)- Compile business requirements in collaboration with operations teams, communicate to the FSSC and engineering teams in the Headquarters- Support system launch/enhancement projects/requirements- Set up and report KPIs regularlyMinimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and other relevant fields.- 3+ years of relevant experience, Europe regional exposure preferred with experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including 1-3 years of experience in process management.- Proficient in Excel and other office applications. Preferred Qualifications: - Practical knowledge of IFRS and regional tax, ACCA or CPA is preferred.- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.- Excellent communication skills, ability to get into detail and articulate findings to executive level.- Proficient in data analytics tools is preferred.
