Main duties and responsibilities:

·Develop, enhance and maintain eCommerce systems and websites using .NET Framework 4.5 (and above), C#, JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL Server 2014 (and above) and PostgreSQL.

·Develop Restful APIs for Front-of-House systems.

·Provide day-to-day support, configuration, administration, problem resolution, and performance tuning of Front-of-House systems, such as eCommerce systems and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

·Maintain relevance of systems, processes, and documentation.

·Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions. Monitor progress and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during the implementation phase.

·Collaborate with vendors and manage deliverables and performance.

·Establish strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication, and adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

·Provide support to the business during and after office hours, weekends, or public holidays.

·Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

·Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related fields.

·Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as a Techno Functional Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.

·Experience in conducting requirement gathering, writing detailed business and functional requirements, and training end users.

·Effective communication with key business stakeholders, internal and external parties.

·Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

·Experience and proficiency in the following technologies (in order of sequence) will be highly valued:

·ASP.NET, JavaScript, .NET Framework 4.5 (and above), C#.

·API Services design, development of WCF services, REST API, JSON.

·Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (and above) and PostgreSQL (TSQL, DML, DDL, stored procedures, and DB jobs).

·Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

·Source code control systems such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.

·Ruby scripts and Ruby on Rails framework
