We are currently looking for a  Stewardship and Donor Relations Officer  to join our  Advancement Department. This is a permanent and full-time position that will be based at our  Fontainebleau or Singapore Campus.

The Stewardship and Donor Relations Officer supports wide-ranging communications and stewardship efforts of an expanding stewardship programme for increasing gifts of all sizes and is also focused on digitally transforming recognition and engagement, while streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities : 

The ideal candidate will implement and execute a broad range of communications, operational and relational stewardship tasks that contribute to the successful stewardship of our global donor base. In partnership with Advancement staff and other key departments, the Officer will:

Take the role of superuser for Eloqua stewardship emails, overseeing the mailing calendar and coordinating all communications and reports. The work includes creating the reports/communications, pulling target segmentations, verifying the data, sending/distribution. Lead digital transformation within the team: automating processes, insead.edu revamp for Donor Relations pages, Salesforces, Psoft working closely with the Director of Donor Relations Lead events for Donor Relations which includes, Scholars & Donors, Visionaries Summit, Dean’s Leadership Receptions (which includes segmentation and management of invitations, registration tracking, gathering collaterals). Manage logistics, distribution of donor recognition items such as Salamander statuettes and donor pins, prepare speaker briefs and post-event follow-up. Manage and execute donor recognition programmes such as: Circle of Patrons, Investors Circle, Salamander, Legacy, Founder’s Pledge and donor pins which includes engaging with internal stakeholders, donors, external vendors and procurement team. Oversee physical and digital recognition as well as updates. Work closely with the Associate Director of Stewardship in the stewardship of scholarship donors. This includes managing the reporting process, gathering information and drafting personalized donor reports. Create bespoke stewardship reports to steward donors including named scholarships, class scholarships, and general scholarship funds. Organize and oversee photography shoot of scholarship recipients for the Advancement photo library. Provide support for the Donors Report (print, online) and IF Impact Report (online)

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in fundraising, stewardship or a relevant area. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively; attention to detail. Ability to work with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders. Professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programmes and online tools such as Canva preferred. Familiarity with relational databases, PeopleSoft, Eloqua and Salesforce preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Stewardship and Donor Relations Officer  (F/H) pour rejoindre notre département Advancement . Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée indeterminée à temps plein qui sera basé sur notre campus de Fontainebleau ou de Singapour .

Le Stewardship and Donor Relations Officer soutient les efforts de communication et d'intendance à grande échelle d'un programme d'intendance en expansion visant à augmenter les dons de toutes tailles et se concentre également sur la transformation numérique de la reconnaissance et de l'engagement, tout en rationalisant les processus.

Principales responsabilités :

Le candidat idéal mettra en œuvre et exécutera un large éventail de tâches de communication, de gestion opérationnelle et relationnelle qui contribueront à la bonne gestion de notre base mondiale de donateurs. En partenariat avec le personnel de l'Advancement et d'autres départements clés, le responsable devra :

Jouer le rôle de superuser pour les courriels d'intendance Eloqua, superviser le calendrier d'envoi et coordonner toutes les communications et tous les rapports. Le travail comprend la création des rapports/communications, l'extraction des segmentations cibles, la vérification des données, l'envoi/la distribution. Diriger la transformation numérique au sein de l'équipe : automatisation des processus, refonte du site insead.edu pour les pages relatives aux relations avec les donateurs, Salesforces, Psoft, en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des relations avec les donateurs. Diriger les événements pour les relations avec les donateurs, notamment Scholars & Donors, Visionaries Summit, Dean's Leadership Receptions (ce qui inclut la segmentation et la gestion des invitations, le suivi des inscriptions, la collecte de documents). Gérer la logistique, la distribution des articles de reconnaissance des donateurs tels que les statuettes Salamander et les épinglettes des donateurs, préparer les exposés des orateurs et assurer le suivi après l'événement. Gérer et exécuter les programmes de reconnaissance des donateurs tels que : Cercle des mécènes, Cercle des investisseurs, Salamandre, Héritage, Promesse du fondateur et épinglettes des donateurs, ce qui implique de travailler avec les parties prenantes internes, les donateurs, les fournisseurs externes et l'équipe chargée des achats. Superviser la reconnaissance physique et numérique ainsi que les mises à jour. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le the Associate Director of Stewardship dans le cadre de l'intendance des donateurs de bourses d'études. Il s'agit notamment de gérer le processus d'établissement des rapports, de recueillir des informations et de rédiger des rapports personnalisés sur les donateurs. Créer des rapports d'intendance sur mesure pour gérer les donateurs, y compris les bourses nominatives, les bourses de classe et les fonds de bourses générales. Organiser et superviser la prise de photos des bénéficiaires de bourses pour la photothèque de l'avancement. Apporter son soutien au rapport sur les donateurs (non numerisé, en ligne) et au IF Impact Report (en ligne).

Qualifications requises :

Bachelor (Licence) requis , ainsi qu’un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience, de préférence dans le domaine de la collecte de fonds, de l'intendance ou dans un domaine connexe. Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et efficacement ; méticuleux. Capacité à travailler avec divers groupes de parties prenantes internes et externes. Attitude professionnelle et capacité à préserver la confidentialité. Compétences avancées en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Expérience des programmes Adobe Creative Suite et d'outils en ligne tels que Canva de préférence. Appétence avec les bases de données relationnelles, PeopleSoft, Eloqua et Salesforce. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, à la fois de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
