Position

Responsibilities:

Implement the HQ Visual Merchandising guidelines to all Singapore and Thailand stores Set up and coordinate new store or pop up store opening Lead the in-store VM ambassadors to maintain a tidy and clean display at all times, in accordance with the guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Retail, and Buying departments, to create innovative displays and promotional materials that enhance the customer experience. Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and vendors for print/production and quality control. Monitor and analyze visual merchandising performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Plan and roll-out of all product rotations according to the VM calendar in partnership with store management team Implement the display changes from VM guidelines within stores and keep the VM standards in a daily basis. Set out clear guidelines and provide training to shop staff to ensure smooth change overs Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and vendors for print/production and quality control. Enhance aesthetic appeal of shop windows and in-store displays to promote new product launches, festive and seasonal themes including deliver regular floor moves, window installations, and mannequins styling, etc. Provide guidance and regular training for retail team in production projects including window displays, in-store highlights and events

Job Requirements:

University graduate in visual merchandising or relevant discipline At least 8 years’ experience in fashion industry, with solid experience in retail visual merchandising Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges Creativity with interest in fashion, design and art Well organized, good time management, positive and can work independently Strong attention to detail and visual eye for style and display composition Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Show flexibility regarding working schedule when required (such as late nights and week-ends) English skills are mandatory, Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
