About the role As a Product Design Intern, you will be contributing to planning, coordinating and executing projects in the product design roadmap at Aspire. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with Senior Product Designers and Product Managers on real-world projects with high impact to the company roadmap. We’re looking for design students or recent graduates who value user research, clarity, usability, feedback, attention to details and collaboration in the way they approach their work. What will you be doing? Assist in Product Design : Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to create user-centered designs for our fintech products, including mobile and web applications. User Research : Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users. Assist in creating user personas, journey maps, and usability studies. Wireframing and Prototyping : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows. Visual Design : Contribute to the visual design process, ensuring a consistent and engaging look and feel across all products. Feedback Integration : Gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to refine and improve designs. Design Documentation : Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and interaction specifications. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and customer support, to ensure the successful implementation of designs. What will you need? Experience in using product design tools like Figma, Figjam etc You are currently a design student or graduated within the last 12 months, who is interested in Product Design and User Research You can dedicatedly spend time on the internship. You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders. You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.What we offer
