Collaborating with Product Management to comprehend customer needs, motivations, and pain points through methods such as customer interviews, usability tests, and qualitative research. Generating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and prototypes. Additionally, producing clear documentation to translate research findings into visualized product features for both the Product team and Engineers. Ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience by continuously monitoring user interactions with the product and implementing improvements. Conducting experiments to enhance the customer experience for our customer-facing products. Making strategic decisions concerning user experience related to product functions and features.Our Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess:
Over 2 years of working experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role within a tech product company or agency. Location in Ho Chi Minh City. Professional training in UI/UX Design or Product Design (e.g., FPT, MindX, Arena). Solid knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user testing, interaction, and visual design. Experience in conducting customer research and usability testing. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English.
