We are a growing engineering consulting company based inSingapore, seeking for a high performing professional to join us as a Executive Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services).

Executive Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services)

Responsibilities

In this role,you will be responsible to:

Under the supervision of Senior Engineers, to perform initial engineering task on the mechanical services detailed design for building projects To prepare submission to authorities for approval of design To attend to project meeting with Client, PM and Consultants from other disciplines To attend site project meeting and site inspection and respond to technical queries Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants Handle client liaison and reporting Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

 D egree in a Mechanical Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design & supervision of building service projects (Those with 5 years’ experience and/or Certified Professional Engineers will be considered for a senior position). Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English Able to work independently & exercise initiative Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives A team, client and delivery focused working style Experience in a consulting environment
