Resident Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installations and works on construction sites. Ensure that M&E works comply with project specifications, drawings and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of M&E installations and adherence to safety standards. Review M&E shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions. Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions during the construction phase. Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and approvals. Participate in meetings and discussions related to M&E works progress and issues. Conduct tests, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems upon completion. Ensure timely completion of M&E works within budget and schedule constraints.Job Responsibilities:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
