We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Regional Supply Chain & Accounting Services Hub based in Singapore. This role requires a strategic HR professional with a robust understanding of employment laws in Singapore, along with significant experience in managing both inbound and outbound international mobility. The HR Business Partner will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals and support our team members' growth and development.

Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner :

Responsibilities:

As a HR Business Partner, you will lead and create value in the pillars of retention, recognition and reward, with the sole purpose of building the next generation of Decathlonians, alongside the local country project in Singapore.

1. HR Strategy Development and Execution:

Collaborate with the HR team to formulate, implement, and nurture internal HR strategies that align seamlessly with our business model. Contribute to enhancing the human and economic performance of Decathlon Singapore through strategic planning and execution.

2. Compliance and Legal Oversight:

Ensure strict adherence to personnel administration practices and employment laws and regulations. Maintain an in-depth understanding of legal requirements, reducing legal risks, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the legal department when necessary to address legal matters.

3. Retention, Rewards, and Recognition:

Analyze and develop innovative strategies for employee retention, as well as reward and recognition programs. Create initiatives that foster workplace happiness, contributing to the overall well-being and engagement of our employees.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop and cultivate strong relationships with our valued stakeholders, particularly our teammates. Collaborate closely with leaders and teammates to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention rates.

5. Data Analysis and Solution Development:

Work with the HR team to analyze trends and metrics, using data-driven insights to develop effective HR solutions and policies.

6. HR Guidance and Consultation:

Provide expert HR guidance to leaders, offering insights and solutions tailored to specific situations and challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role. In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations. Proven experience in managing international mobility, including expatriate assignments and visa processes. Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues. Experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
