About this role:
As our E-commerce Lead, you will drive online sales online, oversee daily operations, and execute promotional campaigns. Key responsibilities include new store setup, content management, inventory forecasting, and customer service. You will collaborate with marketplace partners, analyze sales data to optimize conversions, and coordinate with designers on promotional visuals. This role is perfect for a proactive e-commerce professional with marketplace experience, a data-driven mindset, and Mandarin proficiency.
Key responsibility:
- Overall responsible for the e-commerce sales result at marketplaces i.e. Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify.
- Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns and live streams.
- Prepare new store opening, set-up, and content management
- Manage day to day operation, updating and uploading, transaction, and coordinate delivery.
- Build relationships with marketplace account manager, and retailers.
- Involve in order forecast and inventory management for e-commerce
- Work with graphic designer to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artworks.
- Product listing and monthly updating
- Prepare monthly sales report, data analysis, and able to convert data into useful market insights.
- Explore various promotion tools, and marketing opportunities in the platform, plan and execute activities to drive traffic and conversion through livestreams, flash sales, bundle sales or beauty box.
- Full accountability of e-shop customer-related service such as respond to customers enquiries, emails, chat and calls
- Handle complaints, feedback and providing effective solutions to meet customers expectations
Qualifications/ requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience in eCommerce, prior experience handling marketplace platforms i.e. Shopee and Lazada.
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Strong interest in marketplace platforms, managing sales performance, promotions, and daily operations.
- Proficient in data analysis and converting insights into actionable strategies to drive traffic, optimize conversions, and enhance customer engagement.
- Organized, able to manage multiple responsibilities, from content updates to inventory forecasting, with strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator in Mandarin and English to build partnerships with marketplace account managers and retailers.
