About the team
As a Regional Project Manager on our APAC Safety & Integrity team, you'll join a talented, multi-disciplinary team that is raising the bar for organizational effectiveness while driving on T&S's highest priority initiatives. You'll act as a project manager, consensus creator, and thought partner to the leadership team. You will own and drive on cross-functional projects, strengthen fast-moving engagements, and push for T&S to reach new levels of organizational maturity and impact. This is the role for you if you are passionate about cross-functional project management, high-level thinking, and on the ground execution. This role will be based in the Singapore office. ResponsibilitiesOwn and Drive on Multiple High-Priority Projects Focused on Trust & Safety impact- Lead projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution: define scope, schedule, key milestones, tasks, deliverables and ownership for timely and effective delivery of project outcomes- Build, socialize and manage holistic project plans for enhanced stakeholder visibility, improved alignment and delivery of key project milestones- Orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies, including adaptive stakeholder management and escalation of blockers as necessary- Anticipate T&S leadership needs by providing proactive, executive-level communications on project progress, contribute thought leadership to initiatives, and deliver exemplary partnership and support Help Trust and Safety Reach Greater Levels of Organizational Effectiveness- Listen for, identify, and synthesize regional operational pain points; elevate high impact opportunities and shape cases for transformational change- Help grow the Program Management practice; develop new tool sets, processes, methods, and infrastructure to reach higher levels of domain maturity- Role model fact-based decisions in everything we do; proactively support the organization in sourcing data and generating insights for enhanced decision-making and outcomesMinimum Qualifications- You have 5 years of practical project/program management experience in a complex, matrixed, and ideally high growth environment;- You are experienced in interfacing with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams (management, engineering, marketing, etc);- You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style and comfortable working in the grey and you value team collaboration and a fast-paved environment;- Highly entrepreneurial self-starter capable of driving forward fast-moving projects- Proven ability to rapidly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them, and deliver pragmatic solutions- Adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence- Communicates, performs, and reacts well under pressure and ambiguity Preferred Qualifications- Experience directly in Trust & Safety or a comparable technical field or complex global organization is a plus Trust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
