In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding our organization's data and systems from cyber threats. You will learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Security Awareness:Developing and running engaging security awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and how to identify and avoid phishing attempts and other social engineering tactics.
  • IT Audit Support: Assisting the security team in responding to IT audit questions by gathering and presenting relevant information on security controls and procedures. Collaborating with stakeholders to address findings and implement recommendations.
  • Security Monitoring and Analysis: Assisting with the monitoring of security tools and systems to identify and investigate potential security incidents.
  • Vulnerability Management:Participating in vulnerability scanning activities and working with the team to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Security Operations Support: Assisting with various security operations tasks, such as log analysis, incident response procedures, and security policy updates.
  • Staying Current: Continuously learning about emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on GRC functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications in Cyber Security, such as CISSP, CEH, CRISC, ITIL, would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about cybersecurity and eagerness to learn and grow in this field.
