About the Job

Trelleborg Marine Systems Asia Pte Ltd is looking for an excellent Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to develop and implement a social media strategy, for both organic and paid, that aligns with the overall business strategy, ensuring its efficiency in amplifying the brand and extending the brand’s influence on audience’s behavior.

The duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Executive is not limited to those listed below and are subject to change as per needs of the business.

Work closely with the content lead and the wider marketing team to develop content ideas to sustain an engaging audience experience. Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to drive engagement and lead generation and to promote brand-focused messages. Work with the team and the respective Product Areas to develop social media timelines aligning with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages. Work with videographers and multimedia designers to ensure that posts are engaging. Ensure content is optimized for publication across various social media sites. Scheduling posts for release at optimal times. Championing employee advocacy through raising awareness, training and providing guidance to sales managers and subject matter in-charge to demonstrate social media to extend reach and to generate leads. Audits and analyses social media presences, including advertising costs and returns Analyze social media campaigns and gather audience data and insights to identify areas for social media campaign improvement. Ensure timely response to social media comments. Effective management of social media platforms. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces. Supervise and report on competitors’ activities. Plan, implement and manage email campaigns for Product Area Marine Technology. Keep abreast of prevailing social media trends and changes to all pertinent social media applications.

About the Ideal Candidate

Ideally Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication Minimum 1 to 2 years’ proven experience Experienced with working in a regional or global set up Proven track record in social media (LinkedIn, in particular) and influencer campaign strategies Skilled with video and graphic design creation or editing tools Good time management and project management skills, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ideally has knowledge and experience in the maritime or infrastructure industry and engineering and manufacturing environment but if no formal professional exposure, and curiosity about learning and acquiring the relevant industry knowledge Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and with people at all levels Meticulous, fast learner, flexible and innovative Good knowledge in digital & coordinated marketing
