The People team is looking for a Payroll Analyst II who will report to the People Leader in our Sabre office.

The responsibilities include:

Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for APAC countries including Tax filings and statutory payments.

Liaise with Payroll service provider to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data is maintained

Responsible for Audits and fully support audit requirement

Good understanding of country specific Compliances in APAC region

Manage Time & Attendance process in HRMS system for the APAC countries

Coordinate with Finance/Tax / Accounts /other People Functions for smooth functioning

Maintain SOPs / Process documents are up to date

Handle Employee queries related to Payroll & Time & Attendance

Understanding of Benefit Administration

Should be able to take up initiatives and handle projects assigned in timely manner.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Thorough understanding of APAC country payroll process

Language proficiency in Mandarin, Malay is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel expertise; photo and video-editing software is an asset

Must possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills

Strong HR and/or Customer Service experience

Possess highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership

Solid hands-on experience working with HR tools and/or Workday

Experience training/facilitating

Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal handholding

Ability to work under tight deadlines
