Innovation Hub Associate, Innovation and Transformation Office

As a full-time Innovation Hub Associate, you will lead the build out and operation of the APJ Innovation Hub which aims to inspire our customer community in Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) to digital transformation and catalyze customer adoption on critical emerging technologies like Generative AI. You will have the exciting opportunity to identify emerging technology use cases for various customer cohorts, creatively design customer showcases to inspire executive audience. You will work backwards from the customer to architect and build an inspiring customer journey, training and messaging tailored for customers. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely build and delivery of projects. You will manage the day to day operations for the center working with various Subject Matter Experts to deliver a top notch customer experience. You will independently manage the project execution work cross-functionally and cross-geographically and run programs to drive demand generation and deliver value for our business. To do so, you will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as services, technical, partner, sales, operations, and marketing teams. Through leading this initiative, you will gain a unique insight into the cutting edge of technology and internal workings of one of the world’s fastest growing IT organizations.

•Has strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills and proven track record with the ability to lead and drive the program in a timebound manner

•Has outstanding interpersonal skills and is able to earn trust and influence others

•Thrives in a lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-cultural environment
•Has a passion for AWS and driving cloud computing adoption across Asia-Pacific
•Past experience in customer journey design and creation or building large scale marketing events and showcases would be helpful
A day in the life
The Transformation and Innovation office is the primary custodian of the business strategy dialogue and steward of key growth acceleration projects as part of the Strategy and Engagement office for APJ AGS. The team works backwards from market forces to build the vision and business strategy for APJ, drive transformational change programs and define the big go-to-market (GTM) bets and supporting experimentation to capture and accelerate growth.
