Responsibilities:

Customer base / Premier Leads provided Managing premier customers & Business clients portfolio Capitalising business opportunities by acting on potential business leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers & business owners Proactively offer Life, Health, General Insurance and Group Business solutions to potential customers and business owners Contact customer base to set appointment. Provide consultative financial advisory services to meet both customers’ and business owners’ financial Flexible Working Style - Reporting to Team Manager on sales activities & schedule goals, transforming business opportunities into personal opportunities and vice versa Acquiring new customers and business owners through active participation in seminars, lunch talks, workshops and corporate events Maintaining long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers & business owners

Requirements:

Min. Diploma holders with relevant experience (or equivalent) Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic for personal and corporate growth Product and sales technique training and coaching will be provided Certified with CMFAS Certs & General Insurance Certs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, results-driven and motivated by performance-based reward

Others:

Customer base / Premier Leads provided Managing premier customers & Business clients portfolio You can utilise all Client Advisory Centres / Lite Branches for documentation/submission purposes Reporting to Team Manager on sales activities & schedule with flexible working styles *** 5 days work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend) Working hours - 9 Hrs a day 1-2 years sales experience in banking industry with added advantage
