Position Overview

With our strong business growth, Tencent Finance is now looking for a Treasury Manager in Singapore who will excel in managing all aspects of daily cash and liquidity management in overseas market according to the business needs. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation, you will work closely with peers in headquarters to develop key processes to ensure adequate safety, liquidity, and financial controls for cash management and cash flow.


Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of daily cash and liquidity management in overseas market according to business needs Manage the relationship with key banking partners and financial institutions locally to monitor their service delivery and identify useful products and services for the country or regional solutions Manage daily settlement reports and analysis Monitor global trends and implement changes as needed to existing processes and policies Partner closely with tax and legal counsel to understand the regulatory environment and the financial restrictions within the markets Cooperate closely with headquarters to develop key processes to ensure adequate safety, liquidity, and financial controls for cash management and cash flow in support of the business operations in overseas market

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting majors or its equivalents. CFA/ACCA is preferred. At least 8 years of treasury experience in Internet, Payment or Financial industry, with a strong exposure in external audit fields within the world-leading and established audit firms Excellent communications and presentations skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin in order to liaise with China-based stakeholders and prepare group documents and materials in Chinese language. Strong analytical and statistical sense Excellent working knowledge on Oracle system, Python, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
