Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring location and negotiating rental rates
  • Drafting up floorplan
  • Negotiating and liaising with external vendors and parties for atrium space
  • Liaising with partners, contractors, and other internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the event.
  • Ensuring a healthy level of brochures and free gifts to support retail and events.
  • Provide pictures for social media posting Product Training
  • Conduct product training and evaluate new teammates, part-timers, or full-timers.
  • Ensuring that manpower is sufficient for both retail and popup
  • Assisting with the casual’ schedule planning
  • Revision of manpower according to sales trends and location Sales
  • Checking sales to ensure that popups can break even or hit sales target
  • Ad-Hoc Replenishing of Retail Inventory supplied from HQ
  • Compiling and submission of casual commission (if any)

Requirements

  • Comfortable with working on Weekends & Public Holiday if required
  • Sales driven individual
  • Willing to travel when deployed
  • Well-groomed, pleasant, and cheerful personality
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well
  • A proactive and highly motivated team player
  • Past experience in Retail Sales or Sales will be advantageous
