Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or related studies combined with a good technical understanding, ideally in the semiconductor process integration or device physics At least 10 years of relevant professional work experience in the field of semiconductor industry and there 5 years of leading projects and project teams In-depth project management knowledge for technology transfer and technology developments in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation The ability to understand and structure complex project situations; moderate and manage critical project situations; consolidate and present those to senior management level The willingness to take responsibility within Infineon and to travel if necessary to Europe and within Asia Advanced technical leadership skills, excellent communication skills and intercultural competencies, excellent understanding of the semiconductor 'environment' Ideally an official project management certification ( IPMA) or the willingness to achieve this certification Fluent Mandarin and English skills, German skills are helpful but not taken into consideration.
