Dutiesand Responsibilities
Support and administernetwork and applications including troubleshooting on any technicalissues remotely and/or on-site
Evaluate causes,implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possiblesolution options
Monitor and maintain proper inventoryof hardware and software licenses
Support and administeroutlets CCTVs, POS system, receipt printers, routers, etc
Compile and prepare reports regularly
Travel tostores for support when needed
Setting up, managing andmaintaining IT-related equipment for new workstations orstores
Update and maintain Policy & Proceduresfor the IT Department
Keep updated with latesttechnology and security risks
Any other IT adhoc dutiesthat may be assigned from time-to-time
