We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Secretary, Life Insurance.

Principal Responsibilities

Responsible for providing dedicated, administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Executive for ensuring timely completion and compliance with established internal standards Provide high quality email, diary management and travel services to support the effectiveness of the senior executive Serves as a liaison with others within and outside the company handling activities such as event planning, travel arrangements and project follow up Effective management of the team administration and risks Monitor the business operations and areas of accountability regularly Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of business information Responsible to produce reports, presentations, spreadsheets as when required Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raise any concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in line with reporting and escalation procedures Ready to take up Ad hoc projects and tasks Requirements Previous administrative or secretarial experience in financial services Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills Keen awareness of risk and operational controls Clear ability to delicately handle internal relationships Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines High integrity and professionalism
