Job Description:

They are looking for a Warehouse & Customer Relation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility and manage customer relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Additionally, the Warehouse & Customer Relation Manager will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Co-ordinate orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule

- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits 

- Monitor the inventory and report for any discrepancies 

- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products

- Manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person communication

- Provide support to the sales team by processing orders and maintaining customer accounts

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

- Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or inventory

- Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and protocols

- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Proven experience in warehouse management and customer relations, preferably in the beauty or retail & e-commerce sector will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing

- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics operations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Proficiency in ERP systems mainly such as SAP

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
