We are currently looking for an Investment Director, to join the regional Investment team.The Regional Investment team is seen as the backbone of the agency; it oversees pitch pricing, KPI & audit management, digital supply/inventory requirements to enable industry leading digital investment strategies, along with ensuring our clients maximise their value delivery. The Regional Investment Director will design, collate, analyse and forecast a variety of spend and value tracking reports to ensure the delivery of both investment and value commitments. In addition, as a member of the regional team based in Singapore they will be the key contact for the Global team, local markets, media auditor/s and key regional clients, serving as an escalation point for market support.

Strong media planning experience (especially in TV and/or digital), motivational skills, along with high work ethics, timeliness and accuracy are the key bywords to live by. You will act as an expert and consultant to champion client pricing and commercial delivery; ensuring GroupM delivers all KPIs & commitments.

Reporting: This position reports into the Investment Partner, Accountability APAC Three best things about the role: This is a senior role with a high level of exposure to the leadership team throughout the agency, GroupM globally and regionally. You will be working in a future focused agency within the most dynamic continent in the world.   What is expected in the first: 3 months You will have connected with the key personnel from the Global/Regional team, local markets and key clients. Familiarized yourself with the various aspects & offerings of the GroupM business.  Met your key clients and understood the requirements & commitments on their business. 6 months Taken ownership of the client accountability process for 1-2 key clients. Built relationships with key auditors/consultants 12 months Undertaken full review and implemented enhancements to the existing accountability model if required. Be seen as the first point of contact both internally and externally for all Accountability related matters.
Responsibilities
Accountability Practice Ensure that the Accountability offering continually evolves and remains market leading with a focus on Digital Metrics & Reporting Monitoring vs. Targets Working with local teams to monitor delivery vs. set targets (KPIs/ PRIP schemes/ campaign objectives)Writing/summarizing performance results to be presented to the global Procurement/ Marketing teams within the client organization Pitch Support Working with the Investment Partner and GroupM Local markets, the Investment Associate Director will be required to ensure that pitch pricing exercise is executed smoothly on Global/Regional pitches. Relationship Building Ensure that relationships are in place with the Global team, Local Markets and media auditors. Inflation and spend tracking Monitoring trends across international markets, keeping abreast of key market changes and working with local teams to understand any resultant planning/ trading implications. GroupM APAC Community Work with GroupM teams to play an active part in the GroupM regional trading community, sharing work and ideas, encouraging collaboration and cooperation as appropriate. Requirements Candidates will have circa 10+ years of relevant investment/media planning experience. This is a big role across a very wide geography with many challenges, so it requires a highly self-motivated person, with strong energy levels and a willingness to travel if required. In addition, the candidates should demonstrate the following: Excellent numerical analysis skills and attention to detail Strong, hands-on operational experience with a practical approach to media investment management Strong and calm under pressure and tight timelines Confident presenting to senior client and internal stakeholders on trading performance and related matters and comfortable challenging when required
