ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our SaaS platform - Circles X. This is not just a sales role; it's an opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking team that is reimagining the telco industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries that could benefit from our B2B SaaS solutions. Proactively reach out to leads through various channels (phone, email, etc.) to initiate conversations and educate prospects on our solution's value proposition Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and align our solutions accordingly. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach in engaging prospects and closing deals. Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the value proposition and capabilities of our SaaS solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points and objectives to position our products as solutions. Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns prospects may have. Manage and update prospect information, interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of consultative sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence decision-makers at various levels within organizations. Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
