About the role

:

HVAC APAC is seeking a strategy professional for driving strategic initiatives and transformation to enable profitable growth for the business. This role will support Business & Functional leaders across HVAC APAC to shape change management plans, and drive execution against those plans. The role will create and implement change management strategies, assess change readiness and impact, and engage stakeholders across all levels and functions to support a successful change journey.

The role holder will have the capability for program management, organizational skills, change management strategy and methodology, executive communications, and an ability to execute in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. This role will provide an opportunity to have an unparalleled impact on the APAC direction. Key Responsibilities:

As the Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives & Transformation, you'll be responsible for:

Defines strategies and develops roadmaps/project plans to drive meaningful outcomes with high impact. Partners with leadership team members to create and execute business transformation and change management strategies. Leads the definition of the program strategy, gathers change requirements, identifies resource needs, and works across teams to align on the plan and targets. Improves the operations of existing programs by applying industry methodology, defining highly complex program issues, assessing various scenarios, and selecting the optimal scenario to implement changes.  Identifies, analyzes, and recommends risk mitigation strategies for business transformation.  Conducts change readiness assessments to measure ability of organization to adopt change; develop and implement mitigation strategies.  Serves as an advisor to members of the leadership team and provide strategic insight and thought leadership in contributing to overall business goals, objectives, and strategies, as well as short- and long-term business priorities. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields. Master’s is strongly preferred. 7-10 years of relevant industry experience (HVAC exposure will be preferred) including 3-5 years of post-graduate experience. Previous experience in strategy consulting across APAC region is essential. Position will be ideally based in Singapore, and the candidate is expected to be globally mobile. Expected travel will be less than 20%. You have a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong engagement skills to ensure successful execution of business objectives and sustained growth. Experience and knowledge with Change Management, and operating model principles & methodologies within a large enterprise and a consulting firm.  Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Attention to details and focus on execution. Ability to collaborate with a variety of people across the organization, including leaders, individual contributors, and support Ability to translate ideas into clear communications.  Ability to maintain judgment in complex, fast-paced environments. Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities.
