Job Summary

Strategically focused, the Associate Director of Loyalty is responsible for enhancing and executing Marina Bay Sand's loyalty proposition and program. The role also involves planning and leading campaigns, gathering insights to enhance customer experience, and developing a proprietary audience as a valuable driver for revenue and reputation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Loyalty Program Maximization & Development
  • Ensure compliance of processes and procedures of the Casino Loyalty Program as per government and internal policies
  • Utilize research and analytical resources to identify opportunities for improvements in the loyalty program, campaigns, and promotions
  • Manage and propose enhancements to business processes or technology for improved customer experience
  • Propose campaigns and initiatives to engage customers at different lifecycle stages, aiming for increased loyalty and reduced churn
  • Enhance the Casino loyalty program to maintain its position as a market leader
  • Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, and reactivate members for database growth and revenue increase
  • Plan and manage integrated communications strategies to maintain a consistent presence of loyalty messages to existing customers
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and analysis; develop event series into long-term loyalty programs
  • Research and Analysis
  • Use data-driven insights for campaign management; stay updated on industry best practices for loyalty programs
  • Coaching
  • Guide and develop team members for future leadership roles at Marina Bay Sands
  • Other duties as directed by management

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • University Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Experience

  • University Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong knowledge of operations, customer service, relationship marketing, database management, entertainment, and target customer marketing
  • Experience in marketing communications, event planning, and integrated marketing solutions preferred
  • Good interpersonal and project management skills; creativity, flexibility, and a positive attitude are highly desired
