Planning Site Inventory Control (SIC) Engineer

Description: Manager (M1) for F10 Planning SIC (Site Inventory Control) in charge of leading and managing F10 inventory activities to achieve SIC-related metrices through driving closure of performance-to-plan gaps, driving continuous improvement projects, and growing SIC team member's capabilities through active coaching and leading-by-example.

Responsibilities:
• Lead SIC team to set directions to meet wafer outs, cycle time and other critical production metrics owned by SIC team.

• Manage daily production meetings. Manage and drive mitigation plans for the constraints and gaps.

• Work with area manufacturing engineers develop strategic plan to achieve maximum capital asset utilization.

• Create, prioritize, and manage multiple productivity and quality improvement projects, such as cycle time reduction, scheduling effectiveness, operations simplification etc that lead to increasing die shipped and decreasing die costs.

• Participate in WW operation related CST for site benchmarking and BKM sharing and implementation

• Minimize impact of SIPP works to production through planning and execution to plan

• Ensure accuracy of planning data (RPT, capacity, utilization, etc.) with area IE.
