About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

Spearhead projects and initiatives in the area of vendor operations Drive data-driven programs to support run & change agendas Review and recommend process improvement for productivity effectiveness and efficiency Manage the outsourced vendor which include monthly reviews on service delivery, conduct monthly service level meetings, liaison with vendors on business demands, contract negotiation and annual outsourcing reviews Conduct risk reviews Lead the periodic control checks, upkeep, update and maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team’s processes. Manage the team in liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors on day-to-day operations of card embossing and card delivery matters, to ensure service level is met. Prepare Card Operations’ MIS reports relating to processing volume, productivity, timeliness and resources to senior management.  Prepare monthly and quarterly scheme reports and ensure accurate and timely submission.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree with 4 to 5 years of working experience in Banking Operations Good to have background in Card Operations Meticulous and proficient in MS Office applications Ability to work in fast paced environment
