Talent Acquisition Specialist – Contingent Workforce Insurance Services - Singapore (Hybrid)Hudson RPO has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our onsite team supporting our Insurance Services client. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high performing and exceptional talent acquisition function and to join a responsive, agile and dynamic team of recruitment professionals.This opportunity will suit a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the Insurance Services sector, you will be well networked across Insurance within Singapore, and at the specialist levels as this role will see you recruit predominantly contingent workforce roles.

What you will be doing:

Developing relationships, collaborating, and partnering with key stakeholders Recruiting for contingent roles – Insurance Services company End-to-end recruitment delivery Delivering the best practice throughout the recruitment process Developing and driving an effective talent attraction strategy to shape the future of talent Directly sourcing for top talent, utilising diverse sourcing strategies Providing candidates and stakeholders with an exceptional recruitment experience

Who you are:

An experienced TA professional with proven experience in the Insurance Services / Financial Services space handling contingent roles Exceptional communication and relationship management skills Strong stakeholder management skills, A collaborator, a business partner, and a team player Proven knowledge of the Singapore market is essential You are passionate about your craft, all about adding value and delivering results
