Position: Solution Architect - ERP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our client's team.
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, your role will involve creating and putting into action enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for our clients. These solutions are based on our in-house product, which is already being utilized by numerous enterprise customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia. We're seeking candidates with experience in at least one of the following ERP systems: Workday, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, or Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute ERP solutions for our clients, carefully considering their specific business needs and requisites.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and assess business requirements, then translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and manage solution architecture documentation, encompassing diagrams, technical specifications, and system configurations.
  • Take charge of implementing and integrating ERP systems with other applications and platforms.
  • Offer technical guidance and assistance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP solutions within set timelines and budgets.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, and suggest enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Conduct routine system audits and performance evaluations to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP systems, delivering training and support to end-users as required. 

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, specializing in ERP systems.
  • Have extensive knowledge of at least one of these ERP systems: Workday, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, or Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing ERP solutions for large, intricate organizations.
  • Solid grasp of system integration, data migration, and software development principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Possession of relevant certifications in ERP systems will be considered advantageous.
