Biotechnologist (Upstream)

Amaris will be prioritizing applicants who are currently based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize upstream processes for the production of biologics, including cell culture and fermentation.
- Perform cell line development, media optimization, and process scale-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve upstream process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and contribute to process validation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the upstream manufacturing process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's in pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
- Experience in downstream biologics manufacturing operations within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
