Reponsibilities 

Managing Material Availability for missing parts and ensuring the timely delivery of critical components in RMA as TOP Priority Communicating Material Planning documents to Suppliers and following up on confirmations in Forward and Reserve Logistics. Organizing and maintaining regular reviews with Suppliers to check the status of deliveries and performance across assigned projects Managing suppliers and related activities to improve cost, lead time, and on-time performance Work with different department to monitor inventory levels, assess supply vendors and ensure delivered supplies meet quality standards. Contact vendors, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform Operation Team of potential delays. Maintain MRO schedules for ongoing projects, supporting in maintaining DFR KPI. Monitor project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with Operation Team for updates on delivery timelines. Compile, record and report project performance and progress to management and key stakeholders.
