Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP and CRM implementation and migration projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants to align project goals and deliverables.

System Implementation and Migration:

  • Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for ERP and CRM functionalities.
  • Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition.
  • Develop and enforce data governance and quality assurance practices.
  • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among project members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, operations, and customer service, to gather requirements and ensure successful system adoption.

Technical Expertise:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, functionality, and integration.
  • Stay current with the latest updates, features, and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Change Management and Training:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users post-implementation to maximize system utilization.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend future upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
